6200 Series (Light): The most common "light" series, offering a good compromise between size and performance, used widely in automotive systems and general machinery.
6300 Series (Medium): Features a thicker cross-section with larger balls, allowing it to withstand more significant loads and more demanding operating conditions, ideal for pumps or machine tools.
As you move from the 6000 to the 6300 series, the physical size of the bearing (outer diameter and width) for a constant bore size increases, which allows for larger ball complements and heavier races, resulting in a higher load capacity
