Who are Technobots Ltd T/A UK Gears?
In 2026, Technobots Ltd (established in 2001) launched its new transmission parts website UK Gears. UK Gears, based in Rugby, UK is not limited to the industrial sector but also provides parts commonly used by hobbyists and the educational sector.
UK Gears lists over 15,000 products ranging from small wooden pulleys used in STEM education to large industrial sprockets weighing over 100kg.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 working days of order receipt. Stock items often shipped same or next working day depending on how many orders are going through the warehouse at that time.
Some product lines can take longer with their lead time specified in the particular product page.
We ship using next working day delivery service but can on occasion take an extra day.
Can I Return my product?
Orders placed in error by business customers cannot be returned for exchange or a refund. Business customers are encouraged to contact us for technical support if they are unsure of their product selection prior to placing an order.
Your rights as a consumer to return goods are protected under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. If your goods cost at least £42 and you ordered incorrectly or have changed your mind, you may be able to return it to us for a refund if you notify us within 14 days following receipt of the goods. Cancelled goods must be returned at the purchasers expense as soon as is practicable (within 14 days) following the notification of cancellation.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage by ensuring they are well packaged. However we do know that sometimes our carriers attempt to drive a tank over parcels and damage does occur. Message us within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods for instruction on how to return or obtain a replacement.
