Placing an Order
We are an internet based company and our order processing systems are based on orders placed online through this website. We regret that we are unable to accept telephone orders at this time.
Progress Orders
You can check the status of your order(s) by signing into your account using the details you provided when registering. You will then have full access to all of your orders and their status.
Advice
We are only able to offer technical support on products listed on the UK Gears website. We are not able to undertake design work to meet customers technical challenges.
Stock Availability
Each product has a live status of its availability with many popular stock items held in our Rugby store.
Less common / more specialised products ship from various warehouses in the UK and the EU to Rugby for onward shipping to the customer. The additional lead time for these products is estimated on the respective product page.
We aim to dispatch same day or next day for orders received by 12pm UK time but will take longer for orders containing items not held at Rigby.
Products out of stock may still be available to back order and will be dispatched as soon as new stocks arrive.
When a product has a very long lead time or we are experiencing supply difficulties, that product may be unavailable to order online.
Dispatch times for products ordered with custom machining will take an additional 1-7 days before dispatch depending on workshop demand at the time.
Carriage Costs
See the shipping page for shipping destinations and approximate costs. Our carrier charges a premium for deliveries outside of mainland England and Wales. This is calculated at the checkout.

Proforma Invoice
We do not provide proforma invoices as we are an online ecommerce business, where all of our pricing and handling costs are upfront and fixed.
